Pre-ordering allows you to reserve shoes order. Stay updated by signing up to receive emails.

 

How do I Pre-Order Shoes?

If you shoes are available for pre-order, you’ll see an “PRE-ORDER NOW” button on the product or home page. Select your size and quantity and click “PRE-ORDER NOW”. The shoes will be added to your cart, and you can proceed to checkout as normal. (Please note: Products in your cart are not reserved. You must complete the entire checkout process to guarantee your order.

 

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

During checkout, you will be prompted to enter your credit card or PayPal information, but you won’t be charged until the order ships.

 

When will I receive my order?

How can I check on the status of my order?

  2. Confirmation is sent via email within 1 hour after your order has been received or your shipment has been processed.

Present we only ships to the 48 continental US States.

 

When will I receive my order?

Please note: all standard shipping orders will be received anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that the order is shipped out from our warehouse. After your payment is authorized, there will be an additional two days (not including weekend or holidays) to process all orders. Standard Shipping is limited only to the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns

What is your return policy? All purchases made through iwearlegacy.com may be return within 14 days after delivery date. Please note, all returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

 

How do I return merchandise by mail?

Pack

Pack your merchandise (with packing form) securely in a box of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). On all returns, please obtain tracking number and insurance, Iwearlegacy.com will not be responsible for any returns that are loss or damaged.
